The Generation Loss by Cooper FX is a lo-fi effects pedal designed to mimic the sound of tape degradation. It offers various features and functionalities, including: 1\. Tape Models: The Model knob steps through a library of tape machines, each with its own unique EQ profile, such as VCRs, dictaphones, and toys, all built through frequency-analysis of physical hardware. 2\. Failure Knob: The Failure knob introduces unpredictability with customizable moments of malfunction, such as snags, drops, and wrinkles, to give tape a living feel. Users can turn off the bits they don’t like and customize to taste. 3\. Modulation: Individual Wow and Flutter knobs allow users to adjust the warble and blend the two for familiar, wistful motion, or use in isolation for randomized vibrato, quivering chorus, and more. 4\. Stereo Functionality: The Generation Loss MKII is the first stereo pedal in a classic format, offering stereo in and out, mono in stereo out, and a unique Spread option that uses the Failure knob to create a malfunctioning stereo image. 5\. Expandability: Generation Loss MKII features MIDI, CV and Expression control, presets, and internal modulation of all its knobs. The pedal also includes stereo I/O, presets (2), MIDI (PC, CC), CV control, expression control, AUX switch, analog dry thru (mode dependent), true bypass (mode dependent), and operates on 9V Center Negative with approximately 250 mA power consumption.

Arcades

The Arcades by Cooper FX is a cartridge-based multi-effects pedal featuring eight effects per card.
