Boosting Compressor BC-1

The G-Lab Boosting Compressor BC-1 is a classic full analog compressor with an opto component, designed for electric and bass guitars. It can be used as a booster or a booster-compressor. The BC-1 features an analog compression circuit with an opto component, matched to the electric and bass guitar in terms of signal and time. It includes two sets (A and B) of signal compression and boost regulators, as well as a compression level indicator (DUMP) and ultra-low noise level, enabling it to work as a booster and/or booster- compressor on crunch and overdrive tones. The pedal is equipped with two footswitches: one for effect ON/OFF and the other for compressor A/B selection. It also features a work MODE switch for electric and bass guitar, optical TRUE BYPASS, and signal buffer mode. The BC-1 offers four work modes of footswitches and an input sensitivity range switch (GAIN). It also includes MIDI input for connecting foot controllers. The technical parameters of the G-Lab Boosting Compressor BC-1 are as follows: \- Dimensions: 120mm (depth) x 120mm (width) x 60mm (height) \- Weight: 0.56 kg \- Input impedance: 1 MΩ \- Maximal input signal: 0 dBu (GAIN LOW), -4 dBu (GAIN HIGH) \- Output impedance: 700 Ω \- Power supply: 9V DC (8.7 to 9.4V regulated) \- Current consumption: 40 mA The BC-1 is compliant with FCC Part 15 Rules and holds the CE mark, conforming with the Low Voltage Directive and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
