Analog Heat
The Elektron Analog Heat MKII is a dynamic sound processor designed to add
warmth, depth, and character to audio. It features eight fully analog stereo
distortion circuits, offering a range of effects from subtle clean boost to
complete annihilation. Additionally, it includes a stereo analog multi-mode
filter with seven filter types, a 2-band adaptable stereo analog EQ, noise
gate, reverb, delay, chorus, warble, bits, and compressor.
The device also incorporates an assignable envelope generator/envelope
follower with two destinations, three assignable LFOs with two destinations
per LFO, 512 user preset slots, a 128×64 pixel OLED screen, MIDI In/Out/Thru
with DIN Sync out, 2 × ¼" balanced audio out jacks, 2 × ¼" balanced audio in
jacks, 1 × ¼" stereo headphones jack, 2 × ¼" CV/Expression pedal input jacks,
48 kHz, 24-bit D/A and A/D converters, Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port, and Overbridge
compatibility.
Physically, the Analog Heat MKII is housed in a sturdy steel casing, with
dimensions of W215 x D184 x H63 mm (including audio outputs, knobs, and feet)
and a weight of approximately 1.5 kg. It also features 100x100 mm VESA
mounting holes and is equipped with a PSU-3c power supply and Elektron USB
cable.
The device is designed for enhancing and manipulating audio signals, offering
a wide range of processing possibilities and signal flow customization.
