Dandelion Tremolo
The Dandelion Tremolo by Flower Pedals is an analog optical tremolo with
digital controls. It features both standard and harmonic tremolo, with 3
voicings for the harmonic tremolo. The pedal includes silent relay switching
and tap tempo, as well as controls for Boost, Depth, Speed, Shape, Type,
Voicing, and Dual tremolo. The Shape knob allows users to choose between a
ramp, triangle, sine, or square wave, as well as all the mixtures in between,
providing a wide range of options. The Boost control allows users to adjust
the volume added to the effect, which is useful as tremolo is a subtractive
effect.
Additionally, the tap tempo switch sets the frequency of the effect to a
quarter, dotted eighth, eighth, or triplet eighth note tap. The pedal also
features a dual tremolo mode, where the speed of the tremolo effect varies
back and forth between two different speeds. It also includes an Exp/Tap jack,
allowing for external tap connection or expression pedal control of the speed.
The Dandelion operates on 9V center negative, with less than 100 mA power
consumption.
