Stroll On

The Stroll On by Hudson Electronics is a vintage-style Germanium fuzz pedal based on the classic MK II Professional circuit. It features three carefully matched Germanium transistors biased for optimal tone, providing tons of singing sustain, super chewy fuzz with sweet mids, and a thick bottom end. The pedal is hand-built from scratch onto vintage-style stripboard using high- quality components, including CITEC pots, a heavy-duty Alpha switch, Neutrik Jacks, carbon film resistors, WIMA / BC / Vishay capacitors, and other high- quality components.

Sidecar

The Sidecar by Hudson Electronics is a high-quality overdrive pedal designed with specific technical specifications. It is a modified version of the classic 808 overdrive, offering a bigger low-end, wider gain range, and greater headroom. The pedal features a pair of germanium diodes in the clipping section, chosen for their 'softer' response characteristics, which retain the player's dynamics and feel. Key technical specifications include: \- High-Performance, High-Fidelity Audio Operational Amplifier \- A pair of Germanium diodes \- BI potentiometers \- Heavy-duty Alpha foot switches (rated for >30,000 cycles) \- Individually hand-built on a high-quality PCB, assembled, hand-wired, tested, and packaged by Michael Hudson \- DRIVE: Regulates how hard the pedal is driven \- BASS: Adjusts the low-end content of the signal, +/- 15 dB at 85 Hz (shelving) \- TREBLE: Adjusts the high-end content of the signal, +/- 15 dB at 8800 Hz (shelving) \- LEVEL: Sets the overall output \- POWER: Standard 9-24 volt DC regulated power supply with a 2.1mm negative tip barrel. Running at higher voltages provides more headroom, less distortion, and less compression and sag, making it suitable for use on bass, baritone, and low-tuned guitars \- CURRENT DRAW: 50mA The powerful two-band Baxandall equalizer section follows the drive section and provides up to 15dB of cut and boost of the high and low bands, allowing users to sculpt their tone while remaining musical at all times. The Sidecar is versatile, covering classic overdrive and distortion, and at extreme settings, it can also produce fuzz and boost effects.

Broadcast Dual Footswitch

The Hudson Electronics Broadcast Dual Footswitch is a transformer-coupled, discrete Class-A germanium preamplifier inspired by the classic broadcast consoles of the 1960s. It features a specially selected Triad steel-core transformer and a Germanium transistor, providing a wide range of driven and distorted tones while remaining dynamic and responsive to pick attack and player nuances. The footswitchable gain modes allow users to choose between LOW and HIGH gain modes via the right footswitch, with a green LED indicating when the pedal is in HIGH gain mode. Each mode has its own LEVEL control, and the pedal also includes two internal trimmers for fine-tuning the amount of gain available in each mode. Key Specifications: \- Selected Germanium and Silicon transistors \- Specially chosen TRIAD Magnetics steel-core transformer \- BI Technologies potentiometers \- Heavy-duty Alpha foot switches (rated for >30,000 cycles) \- Dimensions: 4.74" x 3.93" x 2.56" \- Power: 9V to 24V DC \- Current Draw: 20mA \- DC Socket: Requires a DC power supply unit (PSU) supplying between 9v and 24v, with a minimum current of 20mA and a 2.1mm negative center barrel plug The Broadcast Dual Footswitch is suitable for use with bass or as a clean preamp boost when run at higher voltages. It is designed to deliver a range of tones from sparkling clean boost to warm, fuzzy overdriven sounds, making it a versatile tool for guitarists and bassists alike.
