TightFuzz

The Amptweaker TightFuzz is a versatile distortion pedal designed for guitar and bass. It offers a range of tonal options thanks to the Germanium/Silicon switch, Smooth Edge switch, and 60's/70's tone switch. The pedal features a 3-band EQ for flexibility in shaping the fuzz tones. The Tight control allows for precise management of the attack of the fuzz, while an auto-bias feature built into the Fuzz control enables control from the cleanest to the nastiest distortions with one knob.

The pedal includes a dual lit boost control via a boost footswitch, a 3-band EQ with Smooth Edge to help tame the fuzz, and a 60's/70's tone switch with Germanium/Silicon transistor selection. It also incorporates an internal blend control to bring in an Octave-Up effect, allowing for a wide range of tonal possibilities.

Additionally, the TightFuzz Pro features a 'cleaner' noise gate designed to reduce noise without adding distortion. It includes three effects loops: a universal loop, another active with the boost, and a SideTrak loop which activates when the pedal is OFF, serving as a built-in A/B box. The pedal also offers an internal More Fuzz switch for lower output pickups or to increase the fuzz effect.

The Bass TightFuzz, designed specifically for bass, runs with either a 9V or 18V power supply, with different performance specs depending on the adapter chosen. It includes a dry low knob to add clean low end to the signal and features 1/4" effects send and return jacks to create a series loop for further customization.
