The Eventide MicroPitch Delay pedal is the latest incarnation of a legendary effect that originated in the H910 and H949 Harmonizers, and later popularized with the H3000. It features dual pitch-shifted delay with fine resolution de- tuning and modulation, allowing users to achieve subtle tone fattening, lush stereo widening, rich detuned delays, thick modulation, and tempo-synced special effects. The pedal also includes new positive envelope and negative envelope modulation sources, five presets loaded at your feet with dozens more available with Eventide Device Manager (EDM) software, and a dual-action Active Footswitch that is latching or momentary.
The rear panel of the pedal includes a Guitar/Line Level switch for matching impedances with guitar, synths, FX loop, or DAW interface, and users can map any combination of parameters to an Expression Pedal. The pedal also supports MIDI capability over TRS or USB, and offers multiple Bypass options including Buffered, Relay, DSP+FX, or Kill dry. Additionally, it includes catch-up mode to help dial in the sound when toggling between presets/parameters, and is compatible with the Eventide Device Manager PC or Mac application for software updates, system settings, and creating/saving presets.
