The Frei by Fjord Fuzz is a fully discrete, all-analog Uni-Vibe pedal that utilizes an incandescent bulb with corresponding LDRs to produce chewy, swirly, throbby, and psychedelic vibe sounds. It features two independent depth controls, which can be toggled using a secondary foot switch, effectively providing two presets. The pedal also includes an expression input that accepts a TRS plug, allowing for use with an expression pedal with a 10k ohm potentiometer. The pedal operates at 9V only/250mA and provides a slight volume boost when activated. It is designed to maintain a hefty vibe while remaining cost-effective.
