The Borderland by Hungry Robot is an advanced digital reverb pedal with a versatile tap tempo LFO/modulation section. The reverb algorithm is specifically designed for ambient players and features an adjustable low-pass filter to modify the reverb character, ranging from small room reverb to cavernous, dark hall reverb.

- 8 LFO waveforms and 4 unique modulation modes (tremolo, chorus, triple octave tremolo, and octave slide)
- Tap tempo option for setting the LFO rate
- Near infinite sustain footswitch for creating sustained trails on the edge of self-oscillation
- Independent control over wet and dry signals with "Effect" and "Clean" knobs
- "Ambiance" and "Brilliance" knobs for adjusting decay length and low pass filter cutoff frequency
- "Secret Mode" accessible via internal dipswitch, replacing reverb code with delay code
