The Ventilator II by Neo Instruments is a rotary speaker simulator pedal designed to provide the lush sound of classic rotary speaker emulation for organ, keyboard, or guitar. The pedal features a 32 Bit SHARC DSP for signal processing, with analog-digital and digital-analog conversion at 48kHz and 24 Bit. The noise level is rated at -80 dBA, and the input sensitivity is -10 dBV (Hi) and 0 dBV (Lo). The input impedance is 1MOhm, while the output level is +6 dBV, with an output impedance of 100 Ohms. The recommended load impedance is 10 KOhms or more.

The pedal weighs 1.1kg / 2lbs 6oz (without Power Supply) and has dimensions of 100x 105x 55mm. It operates on mains voltage of 100-240V, 47Hz-63Hz, with a current draw of 200mA. The connectors include Input Mono, Output L, Output R, and DC In. The pedal comes with a 12-volt universal power supply with 4 adaptors for global use.

The Ventilator II offers extended parameter settings, including Speed, Balance, Drive, Distance, and Cabinet Mode, allowing for customizable sound. It also features silent foot switches for Bypass, Slow/Fast with LED indicators, and a stop function for the rotors. Additionally, it includes a switch mode routine for customizing footswitch functions and can store two user presets to memory for easy recall.
