The Saturnworks Momentary Kill Switch is a pedal designed to provide precise control over signal interruption. The momentary kill switch allows users to momentarily cut off the signal, creating a stutter effect or providing a quick way to silence the signal. The pedal is available in various configurations, including soft-touch momentary, latching, latching with LED, arcade switch, and reversed soft-touch and arcade switch versions.
The momentary kill switch is designed to be compact, with the micro soft-touch version providing the same functionality in a tiny 2" x 2" enclosure. Additionally, there is a stereo arcade switch version with two separate arcade switches on two channels, housed in the same enclosure.
The latching version of the kill switch allows users to click the signal on/off and leave it, which can be useful for making adjustments or unplugging and reconnecting components. The latching version with an LED adds an LED that indicates when the signal is on/off.
Furthermore, there is a latching + momentary + reversed kill switch version that combines all three types of kill switches in one pedal, offering triple functionality. This version allows users to toggle the signal on/off with the latching switch, while the regular momentary switch turns the signal off when the latching switch is in the on position, and the reversed momentary switch turns on or "revives" the signal when the latching switch is in the off position.
The combination kill switch/looper adds either a latching or momentary kill switch as a second, along with a single true bypass looper. The momentary version is a soft-touch switch that can create a stutter effect or momentarily switch off the signal, while the latching switch can be toggled on or off. The latching version includes an LED that indicates when the signal is off.
The Saturnworks Momentary Kill Switch is available with various custom upgrades, including soft-click latching switches, premium momentary switches, latching glow switches, powder-coated enclosures, Switchcraft jacks, aluminum knobs, black switch washers, and chrome LED holders.
