The Secret Weapon by DanDrive is a fuzz pedal designed in the Zonkmachine MKI style. It was created at the request of JD Simo, who sought a Zonk/Tonebender kind of fuzz with more midrange to combine with a Wah Wah in the down position to achieve classic tones. The pedal is tailored to JD Simo's preferences, offering a raw, midrangy sound suitable for loud playing. It features knobs for level, fuzz, and bias, as well as a mini toggle switch for adjusting the midrange. The pedal is equipped with a jewel amp light, true bypass, 3x germanium transistors, and a 125B enclosure. It also includes IN and OUT jacks on top, a 9v DC jack on top, and is powered by a 9v battery or a 9v DC power supply (center negative). The Secret Weapon is known for its unique graphic, and each pedal has a distinct design.
