Versa Vibe by DLS Effects

The Versa Vibe by DLS Effects is a compact, pure analog unit with a range of vibrato effects. It measures 5" x 4" x 2.5" and is housed in a tough, stage- ready steel enclosure. The pedal features a 9V DC input with a 2.1 mm jack, along with three 1/4" steel jacks for input, output, and an input for an external expression pedal. The unit cannot be battery powered and comes with a DC adapter.

On the face of the Versa Vibe, there are controls for Depth, Rate, Dry/Wet, and Volume, as well as a Waveform pot for adjusting the vibe effects between smooth and choppier settings, and a Bass Throb control for adjusting the intensity of the pulse in the lower end. Two mini toggles allow for switching between Vintage and Modern settings, as well as between vibrato or chorus effects. The pedal also includes a green LED for effect status and a red LED that pulsates according to the rate of the effect.

Internally, the Versa Vibe features top-notch components, including a charge pump circuit for increasing analog voltage and an INA Pot for adjusting the input gain level of Input A.

The pedal offers a wealth of sonic possibilities with various wave-shaping options, including Trower Vibe, Jimi Vibe, Double Pulse Throb, Rotary Speaker, Pitch Bend Vibrato, and Magnatone Vibrato, among others.

The Versa Vibe is known for its versatility, optical technology, and new controls such as Bass Throb, Wet-Dry, and Waveform pots, allowing users to dial in any vibe sound imaginable. It also includes a new internal Brightness pot to adjust brighter or darker chorus (vibe) tone. The pedal features a charge pump circuit to increase analog voltage, providing warm, dynamic, high headroom pure analog sound without clipping. An expression pedal input jack is available for rate control with a foot pedal, and the pedal offers true switch bypass and non-polarity 9VDC input.
