- Catch-up mode to dial in your sound when toggling between
presets/parameters
- Eventide Device Manager PC or Mac application for software updates, system
settings and creating/saving presets
The pedal also features two distinct voices for each effect, all delivered in glorious stereo. It allows for effortless transition from Drive into Vibe or Vibe into Drive. The drive section offers two colors of drive: a dynamic, mid- range crunch (Green) and a smooth and boosted overdrive (Red). The vibe section provides authentic Shin-ei Uni-Vibe emulation in stereo, with traditional Uni-Vibe (Green) and a deeper, phase-y Vibe (Red).
The power requirements for the Riptide are 9V DC @ 300mA, with a center- negative 5.5mm/2.1mm jack (BOSS standard). The dimensions of the product are 4″ W x 4.25″ D x 1.68″ H / 102 mm x 108 mm x 43 mm, and it weighs approximately 1 lb.
