Description

The Boing by J. Rockett is a reverb pedal designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. It is a one-knob recreation of the classic Deluxe Reverb, providing control over the amount of reverb. The pedal is part of the Tour Series line of pedals, created for live performances in clubs, with the intention of cutting through the mix and adding atmosphere to the tone.

The pedal features an analog/digital hybrid design with a 60mA current draw. It operates using a 9-volt negative tip adaptor and a 5.5mm x 2.1mm jack, and can also be powered by a 9-volt battery. True bypass switching is employed for seamless integration into pedalboard setups.

The Boing pedal has a compact size, measuring 4.00″ x 2.30″, and offers a simple yet effective reverb solution for guitarists. It is designed to provide a wide range of reverb effects, from subtle ambiance to more pronounced spatial soundscapes. The large control knob allows for easy manipulation, even with a foot, and offers ample headroom for achieving subtle reverb tones, particularly when used in conjunction with other effects such as delay pedals.

The pedal operates off the standard BOSS type 9-volt adapter or a single 9-volt battery, with a power input of 5.5mm x 2.1mm jack. The warranty for J. Rockett Audio Designs products covers defective workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase, with repair or replacement provided at no cost to the original purchaser.
