Tonebone PZ-Select

The Tonebone PZ-Select by Radial is a feature-packed signal switcher designed for hybrid electric guitars and basses that utilize both magnetic and piezo pickups. It allows users to seamlessly switch between pickups for a smooth performance on stage. The pedal features two separate channels: one dedicated to electric guitar and the other optimized for acoustic instruments. The magnetic-electric pickup channel incorporates Radial's award-winning class-A buffer for pristine signal integrity, along with Drag Control load correction to maintain a natural tone. The piezo-acoustic channel boasts an ultra-high 10meg-Ohm impedance to broaden the frequency response and smooth out peaks and edginess often associated with piezo transducers.

The PZ-Select also includes a built-in Radial DI box for the piezo-acoustic channel, allowing direct delivery of the acoustic tone to the PA system via a low-Z balanced XLR out. Additionally, it features a dedicated effects loop on the piezo channel for connecting a series of pedals to feed both outputs. The pedal's bright full-sized LEDs provide visual clarity under stage lights to indicate the selected channel.
