The Dynamic Distortion by Vertex is a sonic hybrid of the Germanium Fuzz of the 60's and the TS Overdrive of the 80's. It offers unmatched touch sensitivity and clean-up with the guitar volume knob, allowing for a transition from sparkly cleans to overdrive to fuzz. The pedal provides the mid-range cut of a classic TS-style pedal and the full-bodied wooliness of a vintage Fuzz.

The Dynamic Distortion is designed to combine the tonal DNA of historic pedals (TS & Fuzz) without compromising sound quality. It allows the use of a buffer before or after the pedal with zero compromise in sound, provides classic Fuzz tones that cut through the mix, enables the full sweep of a Wah pedal when set for Fuzz, and delivers the perfect mid-range Overdrive tone with plenty of low-end fatness and note bloom.

Additionally, the Dynamic Distortion offers an assortment of tones ranging from a robust classic British 4x12 sound to a treble-heavy RAT-style distortion, thanks to the thin/fat knob. Users can dial in legendary sounds or use its ultra-responsive controls to produce unique distortion tones.
