The Zoom 2100 is a versatile multi-effects unit designed for guitarists, offering a wide range of features and functionalities. It provides 33 versatile effects, including 13 distortion effects, such as Clean, Distortion, Acoustic simulator, and more. The unit allows users to combine up to seven effects, offering abundant preset patches with a capacity of up to 60 patches, including 30 PRESET patches and 30 USER patches.

One of the notable features of the Zoom 2100 is the 32-second Sampler function, which enables users to record a phrase up to 32 seconds long from a CD and play back the data at lower speeds. Additionally, it offers a Jam Play function, allowing users to record their own performance as a one-man jam session.

The Real Time Modulation (RTM) function enables users to adjust parameters in real-time using an optional foot pedal FP01/FP02 or the [FUNCTION] switch. This includes volume control, COMP/WAH module effects, Pedal Pitch Shifter in the MOD module, and Delay in the MOD module (Sound-on-sound).

The unit also features an Auto Tuner function for guitars, making it suitable for use on stage. It offers various modes such as Play mode, Manual mode, Edit mode, Store mode, and Special mode, each serving specific functions for performance and editing.

The Zoom 2100 is equipped with a comprehensive set of effect types and parameters, allowing users to modify settings for each effect module, patch parameters, and global parameters. The unit operates in five modes, providing flexibility and control over the sound output.
