The Savage Drive by Airis Effects is a high-quality overdrive pedal designed to deliver aggressive and dynamic tones. It features a range of controls including Volume, Low, Lo-Mid, Hi-Mid, High, and Savage, allowing users to finely tune their desired sound. The pedal is equipped with an onboard bi- polar power supply and requires 9 volts only, as higher voltage will damage it. The construction includes heavy-duty, yet lightweight die-cast aluminum enclosure, Neutrik Jacks, Alpha Pots, and true bypass with a heavy-duty mechanical footswitch. The Savage Drive is hand-built in Canada and comes with a 2-year warranty. The current draw is between 25-40mA, and it is powered by a 2.1mm negative tip 9Volt DC adapter (sold separately). The latest version, V5.5, includes mechanical changes to minimize noise and improve performance.
