The Swarm by Beetronics FX is an Analog Fuzz Harmonizer that transforms the input signal into a square wave, then multiplies and divides its frequency to produce nine possible harmonies in two different octaves. The pedal features the following controls:
1. WORKER: Sets the level of the input signal.
2. SPECIES: Allows selection between 9 different intervals for harmonies.
3. QUEEN and DRONE: Set the levels for each harmony that stay one octave
apart.
4. FLIGHT and STING: Control the modulation applied to the harmonies,
offering interactive adjustments for different sounds.
5. MASTER: Sets the output volume.
The pedal also features true bypass and is hand-made in California. The dimensions of the pedal are approximately 5.5" x 4" x 2.75", and it weighs around 1lb (0.5 kilos). The Swarm requires a 9VDC power supply with a current draw of approximately 7mA.
