Description

The Cyclone by Crazy Tube Circuits is an all-analog phaser effect pedal designed to emulate classic phaser designs of the past. It offers four recreated classic phaser models from the 70s in one compact pedal. The pedal can be used with guitars, basses, keyboards, and synths, adding interesting sound effects and textures to the instruments.

The Cyclone features the following voicings:
1. 45: Voiced after a classic 2-stage phaser born in the mid-70s, adding spacy ambiance to the sound with a warm, organic phaser and a rotary speaker effect.
2. 90: Voiced after a classic 4-stage phaser from the 70s, providing subtle warm, shimmering modulation to all-out high-velocity swoosh.
3. ST: Voiced after the 1st implementation of another classic 4-stage phaser design of the 70s, offering stronger and dirtier mid-frequency notches for a whirling, pulsating, and whooshing phaser effect.
4. LT: Voiced after a highly sought-after boutique phaser pedal from the 90s in the UK, providing a mesmerizing phaser/vibrato effect that takes an ideal space between a phaser and a vibe type of effect.

The Cyclone is available for €189.00 and is designed to be an ideal texture machine with unparalleled harmonic richness. It features extra controls not part of the classic designs, allowing for a wide range of classic and non- classic uses. Additionally, it can be placed before or after a favorite drive to create different sound effects and textures.

The pedal is equipped with true bypass switching via a high-quality relay and operates with a standard 9VDC power supply.
