The pedal is powered by either a 9V battery or a 9V adaptor with a Boss style negative center 2.1mm dia socket and a minimum current capacity of 100mA.

The Treble Booster Touring is designed for use with a wide range of guitars and amplifiers, including the Brian May Red Special guitar/Vox AC30 amp combination, as well as conventional guitars and amps such as Fender, Gibson, Ibanez, and Marshall.
