DL4

The Line 6 DL4 MkII Delay Modeler pedal offers a range of features and functionalities for musicians. It includes 30 delays in total, with 15 new MkII delays drawn from Line 6's HX family of effects processors and 14 original DL4 delays, along with the Echo Platter from the rackmount Echo Pro. The pedal also features two loopers with mono/stereo and pre/post signal path options, providing up to 240 seconds of looping time, or several hours with an optional microSD card. Additionally, it includes an XLR dynamic microphone input for vocal processing and looping, MIDI capabilities, heavy-duty footswitches, three bypass types, and microSD memory expansion. The DL4 MkII is smaller and lighter than the original DL4.

The pedal's controls include a model selector, delay time adjustment, repeats control, tweak and tweeze controls unique to individual delay models, mix knob for setting the mix between the dry/direct/unprocessed signal and the processed signal, and tap tempo for syncing the delay time with the music. The DL4 MkII also features a loop sampler with specific footswitches for recording/overdub, play/stop, play once, and 1/2 speed/reverse functions.
