The Mad Professor Kosmos is a compact and versatile pedal designed for a wide range of ambient reverbs. It features 11 carefully designed reverb programs, including Plate, Room, Spring, Hall, 3 reverb + shimmer sounds, 2 reverb + delay sounds, and 2 Swell sounds. The pedal offers freeze functionality and allows for swell effects without the need for a volume pedal. Users can further adjust the tones with four knobs, including Time, Tone, and Level, with program-dependent controls for Ducking Depth, Swell rise speed, Shimmer ratio, or Delay level.
Technical Specifications:
- Supply voltage range: 8.5V to 12V
- Current consumption: 90 mA at 9VDC
- Input impedance: 500 kOhm

The pedal can be powered by a 6F22 9V battery or a DC eliminator with a 2.1 mm plug (center negative and positive sleeve). The manufacturer recommends against operating the unit with its bottom removed to prevent damage. The pedal also includes a 2-year limited warranty.
