The Keeley Hooke Reverb is a versatile pedal that combines vintage tube-amp spring reverb and tremolo into one package. It offers three main modes: Classic Spring, Black Face Trem-n-Verb, and Fugue-Verb.
The Classic Spring Reverb mode features Tone and Spring controls, allowing users to adjust the reverb tone from bright and spanky to dark and thick, as well as the "looseness" or "Sproing!" in the reverb pan. This mode provides the depth and warmth of vintage reverb.
The Black Face Trem-n-Verb mode is designed to mimic the tube sound of a blackface vibrato channel, offering a deep, throbbing tremolo with a special tonal modification.
The Fugue-Verb mode is an all-wet octave up and down shimmer-spring reverb, creating unique organ-like reverb effects.
Additionally, the pedal includes an internally switchable second bank of reverb modes, offering Long Decay Trem-n-Verb, Spring-Plate, and Vibro-Spring options for further customization.
The pedal is pedalboard-friendly in size and is powered by a regular 9V DC PSU with low current draw. It is made in Edmond, USA.
The Hooke Reverb provides a range of reverb effects suitable for various musical styles and applications, making it a valuable addition to any guitarist's setup.
