Funky-Vibe

The Funky-Vibe by Sabbadius is a meticulously crafted effects pedal designed to replicate the iconic Uni-Vibe sound. It is available in various versions, including the Fillmore East, Woodstock, and 68 & 69 Funky-Vibe. The pedal features 3 knobs for adjusting VOLUME, INTENSITY, and SPEED. It also includes a 1/4-inch (6.5 mm) output connection for an expression pedal, enabling control of the speed with the foot (Expression Pedal NOT included).

The pedal is equipped with 2 footswitches: one for True Bypass activation of the effect and the other for the CANCEL function, allowing the pedal to be used as a Pre-Amp or to produce the original Uni-Vibe effect sound. It also features a hand-painted soft switch with airbrush and enamel paint, lacquered with gloss lacquer for durability. The CHORUS – VIBRATO Mode ROCKER SWITCH sets whether the Chorus mode or Vibrato mode is activated.

The Funky-Vibe includes an original transformer inside the enclosure, with the option for different input voltages (100Vac, 120Vac, 127Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac) based on the country of use. It also has a Fuse socket with a fuse inside to protect the circuit in case of voltage overload, and it comes with a backup fuse.

Other specifications include a red LED that pulses in the same way the Lamp Bulb interacts inside the unit, allowing users to "see the SPEED" of the effect, as well as an expression pedal jack, TRUE BYPASS footswitch, and various input and output jacks for instruments and amplifiers. The pedal is 100% hand-wired and hand-welded, with an aluminum enclosure and approximate dimensions of Length 182mm x Width 115mm x Height 60mm, and a weight of 925 grams.
