Emissary Parallel Boost Pedal

The Emissary Parallel Boost Pedal by Walrus Audio is a 2-in-1 boost pedal designed to enhance leads, slides, and fingerpicking. It features two independent boost circuits running in parallel, allowing users to use each circuit individually or mix them by adjusting the volume knobs. The top knob controls the volume for the "bright" boost circuit, which is a clean, high headroom JFET boost with a slight emphasis on higher frequencies. The bottom knob controls the volume for the "mid" boost circuit, featuring a targeted boost at either 1kHz or 800Hz selected by the toggle switch.

The pedal also includes a momentary bypass switch, allowing users to temporarily activate the effect by pressing and holding the switch when it is in the off position. The pedal is housed in a die-cast enclosure measuring 4.77” x 2.6” x 1.39” and requires a 9V DC power supply (sold separately) with a minimum of 100mA. It is recommended to use an isolated power supply for optimal performance.
