Description

The Warm Audio Warm Drive is a true reproduction of the most sought-after "amp-in-a-box" pedal, delivering the tones of a truly unattainable overdriven amp. It features premium components including 2N7000 MOSFETs, a NE5532 Op-Amp, carbon resistors, and 1N34A Germanium/Schottky BAT41 diodes. The pedal also offers true bypass, volume, tone, gain, and voice controls, and is housed in an authentic metal enclosure with carefully tapered knobs. It has 1/4" input (Inst) and output (Amp) jacks, and can be powered by a 9V battery or standard 9V DC pedal adapter, with a power consumption of 25 mA. The pedal's dimensions are 4.75" length, 2.5" width, 2.25" height, and it weighs 0.75 lbs.

The Warm Drive is designed to transform an amp from a polite and clean pedal platform into a fuzzy monster, offering dynamic gain and a unique voice/tone control combination for added versatility. It is suitable for driving cleans into breakup, thickening up rhythm tones, or saturating solos, and can produce a wide range of overdrive tones, from silky-smooth to sustain-rich distortion. The pedal is a valuable addition to any live or studio rig, providing a broad scope of clear "transparent" overdrive tones with plenty of dynamic range.

For more detailed information, the product manual and sound samples are available for download on the manufacturer's website.
