The Seek Wah by ZVEX is a unique pedal that combines a 60's wah pedal inductor with an analog sequencer, offering a distinctive sound reminiscent of a hybrid of a tremolo and a wah pedal. The pedal features up to eight separate steps controlled by eight individual knobs, along with a separate speed control to match the tempo of the song. It also includes a three-way switch to choose between 4, 6, or 8 steps in the sequence. The on/off switch is True Bypass, and each of the 8 mini-knobs is notched, allowing users to determine settings by feel and relative brightness of the tone. Additionally, each knob has a corresponding LED to indicate the pedal's position in the sequence and tempo, providing a visual representation of the effect.
The Seek Wah II is handmade and hand-painted in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with high-quality components. It is True Bypass and operates silently, without hiss, hum, or ticking noises. Each pedal is unique and slightly different, and it comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
The Super Seek Wah is an expanded 16-step version of the original Seek Wah II, offering features such as MIDI sync, tap tempo control, tap tempo sync, expression pedal control of speed or glissando, individual step glissando, 8 user programmable memory locations, and delta speed control. The pedal dimensions are 4.73" x 5.94" x 2.25".
