Automatone CXM 1978

The Automatone CXM 1978 by Chase Bliss Audio is a reverb effects pedal that offers a modern take on the charm of late 70's imperfections or hifi and lofi reimaginings. It features moving faders with presets and MIDI control, 32 Bit AD/DA, three classic algorithms, and adjustable decay crossover for fully shapeable reverb tail. The pedal also includes expression pedal control, optional fully balanced I/O, stereo input and output, and internally boosted +/-15V rails for line level input. The CXM 1978 takes a unique approach to decay, linking it to EQ just like natural acoustic reverb, allowing independent decay settings for bass and mids. It offers Room, Hall, and Plate reverb types, as well as a Tank Mod for atmospheric support. The pedal also features diffusion control and variable fidelity settings, including HIFI, STANDARD, and LOFI modes. The CXM 1978 is built around motorized faders that react to preset changes and external control signals, and it supports advanced connectivity and customization options, including MIDI, CV, and Expression control, as well as 30 internal presets and AUX expansion.
