Description

The Disaster Transport Sr. by EarthQuaker Devices is a dual delay with reverb and modulation designed to create a lo-fi swirling tape-styled echo. It features the following specifications:

- Dimensions: 4.75 x 5.65 x 2.25 in. (121 x 144 x 57 mm) with knobs
- Current Draw: 107 mA
- Input Impedance: 500 kΩ
- Output Impedance: <1 kΩ
- Power: Standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel

The top row of controls is for delay A, which is a 600ms delay with modulation, while the bottom row of controls is for delay B, a 300ms delay with reverb. Both delays can be run separately, in parallel, in series, or in series/parallel. The pedal also offers expression controls for the repeats on delay A and the ability to bleed delay A into delay B. The switching allows each delay to be used individually or in tandem with both true bypass or trails.

The controls for delay A include Time, Repeats, Mix, Depth, Rate, and Bleed, while delay B controls include Reverb, Mix, Repeats, and Time. The pedal can be used to create a wide variety of sounds, from old school tape-style echo to warped records, clanging flange, smooth chorus, and other-worldly effects.

The pedal's signal flow and suggested settings are also provided for users to explore different configurations and audio samples are available for reference.
