GE601 Graphic Equalizer

The Maxon GE601 Graphic Equalizer is a versatile pedal designed to provide precise control over the frequency spectrum. It covers six carefully selected frequency bands over a five-octave range with 12 dB of boost/cut per band. The frequency bands are 100 Hz, 200 Hz, 400 Hz, 800 Hz, 1.6 KHz, and 3.2 KHz. The pedal features a Master Level control with 12 dB of overall boost/cut.

The GE601 can be used in various scenarios, such as a pickup simulator for transforming a humbucker into a single coil, a clean booster for solos, or to emulate the tone of a wah pedal with the treadle set halfway forward.
