The pedal is available in both silicon and hand-picked NOS germanium transistor versions, each offering distinct characteristics. The silicon version provides more gain and a tighter response, while the germanium version offers more midrange and an organic vibe with slightly less gain.

The Law Bender Deluxe version includes the ability to switch between silicon and germanium transistors in both stages, providing even more flexibility in tone shaping.
