Epoch Boost

The Catalinbread Epoch Boost is a pocket-sized reproduction of the "early" EP-3 preamp, offering up to 20dB sparkling, dynamic boost. It features dimensions of 1.93" in height, 2.36" in width, and 4.33" in depth, with a weight of 0.40 lbs. The pedal is designed with NOS Orange Drop capacitors, a switchable hi-Z input buffer, and a boost control that provides up to 20dB of crystal-clear boost. The internal circuitry mirrors that of a real EP-3, including the output mixer stage acting as a rudimentary frequency selector. The pedal operates on a 9V DC power supply (sold separately) and has a power usage of 2mA. It is hand-made in Portland, Oregon.
