TubeDreamer

The TubeDreamer by JAM Pedals is a series of overdrive pedals designed to deliver warm and rich overdriven sound through any amp. The series includes the TubeDreamer72, TubeDreamer+, and TubeDreamer88.

The TubeDreamer72 is a transparent overdrive pedal made with carbon-comp resistors for a pure vintage sound. It offers more clarity than typical overdrive units, allowing the individual notes of complex chords to be heard. It features a unique tone throughout the range of gain and tone settings, along with an asymmetrical clipping circuit that remains responsive to subtle nuances of playing.

The TubeDreamer+ is the flagship overdrive pedal in the series, featuring an added foot-switchable gain stage. It is designed to provide a touch more gain than typical overdrive pedals, with a high gain switch to boost the sound and achieve a thicker, creamier overdrive or a sweet, fat distortion sound. It also includes an internal trimmer to regulate the output level of the high gain switch.

The TubeDreamer88 is a dual circuit overdrive pedal featuring the TubeDreamer72 and TubeDreamer58 circuits with selectable high/low gain mode via a toggle switch. It allows the use of either pedal or both at the same time, providing access to three different overdriven sounds and three gain stages. The TubeDreamer88 is known for giving any amp a warm tube-like sound and offers various options for classic and modern gain tones.

The TubeDreamer series is designed to capture the sound and feel of a finely- tuned vintage tube amp, pushed to various degrees of overdrive, while offering clarity and responsiveness to nuances in playing.
