Description

The M1 by Walrus Audio is a powerful multi-function modulation machine with six customized, studio-quality programs: Chorus, Phaser, Tremolo, Vibrato, Rotary, and Filter. Each program offers a wealth of options to tune, tweak, customize, and save to one of nine onboard presets. The pedal features a dedicated lo-fi knob allowing users to mix various lo-fi parameters to every program, adding subtle movement and texture or creating a massive statement with thick swirling chorus to choppy panning tremolo.

Technical Specifications:
- Programs:
- Chorus: Offers subtle to vibrant and lush tri-chorus effects with three types to choose from.
- Phaser: Provides classic 70s phaser sounds with three types and added features.
- Tremolo: Emulates a tremolo with three algorithms and various manipulations.
- Vibrato: Delivers detuned, warbly, and vintage sounds with three types.
- Rotary: Simulates the sound of a Leslie speaker with three types.
- Filter: Adds tone-shaping movement to the signal with three types of modulated filters.

- Presets: The M1 can save up to nine onboard presets, and 128 are accessible via MIDI. On-board presets are accessible with the bank switch.

- Tune: The Tune knob and toggle switch offer creative control over three additional modulation parameters and three “lo-fi” effects.

- Tweak: Each program can be fully customized to give creative control over three different key modulation parameters as well as three “lo-fi” effects.

- Input/Output: The M1 offers multiple input and output configurations, including Mono In / Mono Out, Mono In / Stereo Out, and Stereo In / Stereo Out.

- Momentary Functions: Users can press and hold the TAP/SKIP to momentarily engage a “skipping” effect like a needle skipping on a record player.

The M1 is designed to cater to a wide range of musical styles and genres, offering a versatile and comprehensive modulation solution in a compact form factor.
