SH7 7th Heaven

The Ibanez SH7 7th Heaven is a distortion pedal specifically designed for Ibanez's 7-string guitar models, although it can also be used with 6-string guitars. It is built to accentuate the low-end girth of the low B string while maintaining maximum articulation. The pedal features drive, low frequency, high frequency, and level tone lok knobs, as well as a void switch and a mode switch. The void switch provides noise reduction and rhythm enhancement, working in conjunction with the palm muting technique to create a more rhythmical sound. The mode switch allows users to select between two types of distortion: a rich, fat, fuzzy sound in the middle and lower ranges, or a metallic distortion that emphasizes high and low pitches.
