Vagabond

The Vagabond by Subdecay is a versatile tremolo pedal that offers vintage personality fused with added depth, more speed, and more control. It features both Harmonic and Bias Tremolo styles, allowing for subtle distortions and alterations in frequency response. The pedal can be powered by a dedicated Class II regulated 9 to 18 volt DC power supply with a negative center 2.1mm barrel type plug, providing flexibility in power options.

Essential features of the Vagabond include an envelope speed control, a volume control to address inherent perceived volume loss with tremolos, and a broad modulation range that goes faster and deeper than a tube-based circuit ever could. The Vagabond is capable of achieving near square wave modulation with the maximum intensity setting and in bias mode, it cuts the volume down to zero for maximum throb.

The pedal has been developed through experimentation and exploration of ideas over many years, offering a modern spin on the classic effects of harmonic or bias tremolo, with modern controls that provide a wide variety of sounds and options.
