The Zoom B1X Four Bass Multi-Effects Pedal is a versatile and powerful tool for bassists. It offers over 70 built-in effects and 9 amp models for simulating classic rigs. Users can utilize up to 5 effects simultaneously, chained together in any order. The pedal also features an expression pedal that can adjust effects such as volume, wah, delay, and pitch, providing added control and flexibility.
With the B1X Four, bassists can craft their signature sound using traditional and boutique effects, including octaver, bass synth, and fuzz. The pedal also allows users to recreate their on-stage sound with 9 classic amps and cabinets, such as Fender, Ampeg, and Aguilar.
Additionally, the B1X Four offers a built-in drum machine with 68 different rhythm patterns in 4/4, 3/4, and more, providing a new rhythm section for bass players. Users can also lay down a bassline of up to 30 seconds and endlessly overdub their performance to build dynamic, multi-part arrangements.
The pedal supports two performance modes for live shows: PRESELECT mode allows seamless switching between patches without affecting the current sound, while STOMP mode enables the turning on and off of individual effects.
The B1X Four can operate with four AA batteries, an optional Zoom AD-16 AC adapter, or via USB bus power. It also features an auto-save function to instantly back up patches and level settings as they are created.
The dimensions of the B1X Four are 6.14" x 8.5" x 2.04" (156 mm x 216 mm x 52 mm), and it weighs 1.34 lb (610 g) excluding batteries.
